Mr. Bitcoin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse our platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than those we provide.

All content on Mr. Bitcoin — including text, graphics, logos, data, research, and analysis — is the property of Mr. Bitcoin and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform to engage in any unlawful activity, manipulate trading challenges, spread misinformation, harass other users, or promote fraudulent schemes. Mr. Bitcoin reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.
Trading Challenges
Trading challenges run on a demo balance only. Mr. Bitcoin does not custody user funds, does not facilitate real-money trading, and does not act as a broker. Cash prizes are paid out at our discretion based on the published prize structure for each challenge.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Mr. Bitcoin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr. Bitcoin and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or any content therein.
Privacy
Your use of Mr. Bitcoin is also subject to our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

Governing Law
