Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Innovatex ("Mrbitcoin", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the Mrbitcoin.io website, mobile applications, and related services (the "Platform").

We process personal data in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDPL") and other applicable data protection laws. Where users are located in other jurisdictions (such as the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom), we aim to respect the core protections of those laws as well.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

Data We Collect

We deliberately keep data collection minimal. We collect:

2.1 Data you provide directly:

• Email address — when you create an account.
• Cryptocurrency wallet address — when you provide it to receive challenge prizes.
• Payment information — if you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers; we receive only limited transaction data (such as confirmation of payment, plan type, and a transaction reference).
• Communications — the content of messages you send us (for example, support requests).

2.2 Data collected automatically:

• Usage and challenge data — your in-platform activity, such as challenge entries, simulated trades, scores, and leaderboard positions.
• Technical data — IP address, device type and identifiers, browser type, operating system, language settings, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
• Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8.

2.3 Anti-fraud signals. To keep challenges fair, we process technical signals (such as IP addresses, device identifiers, and behavioral patterns) to detect multi-accounting, bots, and other abuse.

We do not collect government ID documents, and we do not require full identity verification (KYC) at this time. If this changes in the future — for example, due to legal requirements or larger prize payouts — we will update this Policy and inform you before collecting such data.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it.

How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to:

• create and manage your account;
• operate challenges, calculate results, and display leaderboards;
• pay prizes to your wallet address;
• process subscription payments, renewals, and cancellations;
• detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, cheating, and other violations of our Terms & Conditions;
• provide customer support and respond to your requests;
• send you service communications (such as account, challenge, prize, and billing notifications);
• send you marketing communications where permitted — you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us;
• analyze and improve the Platform's performance, features, and user experience;
• comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our legal rights.

Under the PDPL, we rely on the following bases for processing: your consent; performance of our contract with you (the Terms & Conditions); compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention and platform security.

How We Share Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers — hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and payment processing providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards;
• Payment processors — to handle subscription payments; their processing of your payment details is governed by their own privacy policies;
• Professional advisers — lawyers, accountants, and auditors where necessary;
• Authorities — courts, regulators, or law enforcement where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights;
• Business transfers — a buyer or successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy will continue to apply to your data.

Public leaderboards may display your chosen username and challenge results. We will not publicly display your email address or full wallet address without your consent.

International Transfers

Our service providers may be located outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection, such as transferring to jurisdictions with appropriate data protection laws or using contractual safeguards, in line with the PDPL.

Data Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Account data (email, wallet address) — for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterward as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes;
• Payment and transaction records — for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and commercial laws;
• Anti-fraud data — for as long as reasonably necessary to prevent repeat abuse (including retaining limited data about banned accounts to prevent their return);
• Support communications — for a reasonable period after resolution.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements);
• restrict or object to certain processing, including for direct marketing;
• data portability — receive certain data in a structured, machine-readable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
• complain to the competent data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@mrbitcoin.io. We may need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming control of the account email) before acting on a request. We aim to respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Please note: transactions recorded on public blockchains are permanent by design. We cannot delete or alter data recorded on a blockchain (such as a prize payment to your wallet address), as this is outside anyone's control.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

• keep you logged in and remember your preferences (essential cookies);
• understand how the Platform is used and improve it (analytics cookies);
• detect fraud and abuse (security cookies).

You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through our cookie preferences tool. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Platform from working properly.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services (such as exchanges or wallet providers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acknowledgment of the updated Policy.
